How to make a reservation
- Check our Availability Calendar for your desired dates
- Call or email Sherry at 415-444-0777 to confirm your dates and rates.
- You will receive an email confirmation of your reservation.
- Mail your $500 separate Security Deposit to the address below to guarantee your dates.
- Mail your total rental check amount including tax and cleaning fee, 6 weeks prior to your stay.
(include your name, return address, 2 contact phone numbers, dates of stay, # in party, # of children)
* Do NOT deduct the Security Deposit from your rent total.
Tax and Cleaning Fee
Please add $300 cleaning fee and 13% tax to the rates above.
Deposits / Due Dates
Once received, your refundable $500 security deposit will reserve your dates. Your entire rental amount is due 6 weeks prior to your stay. Any damage to the property, other than normal wear and tear, is the responsibility of the tenant. This amount will be refunded within 14 days of departure less any damage.
Refunds
All rents and deposits are non-refundable once paid.
Weekend Rates
Weekends are considered 3 nights, either; Thurs, Fri and Sat or Fri, Sat and Sun.
